Marcel Vogel was a researcher for IBM for 27 years, during which time he studied and developed the applications of quartz. He was responsible for introducing liquid crystal into the electronics industry and worked tirelessly to improve knowledge about this special material. Their research revealed that crystals can be used to conduct, store and amplify bio-psychic energy. It also demonstrated that this energy can be directed to the human body and thereby restore health.

Dr. Marcel Vogel was not always interested in the “metaphysical” applications of crystals. As a scientist, his approach was, at first, entirely in the laboratory and focused on harnessing the conductive capabilities of crystals for electronics, but, over the years, the results of his research began to point beyond the limits of known matter. Vogel had the sensitivity to start asking bolder questions and experiments. After leaving IBM, he founded Psychic Research Inc., a non-profit group dedicated to researching healing energies, with a special focus on the properties of crystals.

Vogel hypothesized that quartz crystals could capture and amplify all types of energy, not just the electrical impulses known to science. He carried out numerous experiments with the help of volunteers, in order to determine whether the subtle energies of nature (bio-psychic energies) can be manipulated with the help of quartz. Its results were unequivocal and gave rise to one of the first scientific theories stating that the force of the mind acts on matter and that the positive effects of therapeutic sessions can be increased through the use of crystals.

It was in this context that the Vogel wand emerged, one of several instruments developed to make better use of the natural properties of quartz. Marcel Vogel discovered that faceting natural quartz could increase its potential to store information and that cutting made its vibrational pattern more consistent. After much meditation on the subject, Vogel had a visionary idea that suggested the form of the Tree of Kabbalah.

After a year of investment in the construction of the first healing stick, Vogel was able to present his creation – a biterminated, pure and translucent hyaline quartz, cut according to the Sacred Geometry of Kabbalah and the great Pyramid of Cheops, with a precise angle of 51 degrees , 51 minutes and 51 seconds.

Vogel wands are instruments capable of capturing, amplifying and directing all types of vibratory frequencies such as light, color, sound, thoughts and emotions.
